Two hotels belonging to the management of the Waringin Hospitality Hotel Group are included in one of the Award categories. Hotel 88 ITC Fatmawati, located at Jalan RS Fatmawati Number 4, Gandaria Utara, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, was awarded the Best Guest Experience in Service category. Hotel 88 ITC Fatmawati’s Hotel Manager, Rio Noviando Atje expressed his gratitude for the 2018 Traveloka Hotel Awards with the Best Guest Experience category in the current Service Value. “This achievement is the result of the work of all Hotel 88 Fatmawati Jakarta employees, as well as the support provided by the Waringin Hospitality Hotel Group Company Management. “This award will be more encouraging for us to continue to provide the best products and services for all our loyal guests,” Rio said.
The second award was also won by Hotel 88 Kedungsari in Jalan Kedungsari 78, Surabaya which is in the category of Exceptional Guest Experience Value. The Hotel Manager of Hotel 88 Kedungsari Surabaya, Didik Sakti Abadi did not expect that Hotel 88 Kedungsari-Kedungdoro Surabaya would receive the honor of being an award from Traveloka. “Representing management I would like to thank all the customers / fans of Hotel 88 Kedungsari-Kedungdoro in Surabaya for their loyalty, support, input and suggestions so that we can maintain and improve the quality of our products and services.
